  • Experience with IDM solutions in the Financial Services vertical.
  • Experience with Oracle, CA and Sailpoint is a huge plus
  • Financial Services expeience is required

Working experience with the Identity Management suite of products (CA, SUN, IBM, Oracle) and of their design and implementation.

Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.

Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

Oracle Identity and Access Management, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Manager Professional (PMP), and/or Certified JAVA Developer preferred.

The successful candidate will:

Be highly technical and demonstrate the ability to design, architect, implement and deploy Identity Management solutions at an enterprise level for Information Technology security engagements.
Be familiar with and able to ensure that projects are designed using proven practices and methodologies.
Participate in the integration of designed environments and work closely with both clients and the engagement team to meet requirements set by multiple parties.
Identify areas where opportunities or risk exist, facilitate communication between groups and suggest alternatives and mutually agreeable solutions.

Participate in sales activities including: Proof-of-Concept (POC) design/builds, PreSales Meeting Support, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and Statement of Work (SOW) drafts. All Senior Level consultants should have the ability to identify potential opportunities while on engagement as well as maintain and strengthen client relationships.

Apply an advanced understanding of and experience with current Identity & Access Management technologies including: User Provisioning, Role-based Access Control, Enterprise Directory, User Access Certification & Reporting.
Demonstrate and apply an advanced understanding of Identity & Access Management methodologies and technologies.
