Skills Preferred:

Extensive experience performing information security, IT or IT audits, network penetration testing and security assessments. Extensive experience with security and control issues with technologies such as UNIX, Windows, NT/2000, Netware, firewalls, Cisco routers, and intrusion detection.

Thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.

Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.

Extensive experience with computer forensic investigations, security policy development, and risk assessment skills

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), preferred.

Additional Information

Manage and lead engagement teams on projects related to information systems security.

Oversees security reviews, penetration tests, security implementation services, policy and procedure development and security architecture design.

Participates in identification and delivery of a wide variety of information systems security services. Supports security strategy, assessment and implementation. Projects may include security policy development, risk assessments of IT environments, network penetration testing, diagnostic reviews of key platforms, internet/extranet security, e-commerce security, intrusion detection and cyber crime response.

Manages technology or risk management projects. Develops project value propositions, formation of project approaches, creation of project teams, oversight of project teams and management of project economics.

Recommends and develops systems management, security management or identity management technical or management practice solutions.

Develops the technology or management skills of team members. Develops and communicates management level messages for information security, technology management or identity management. Provides security consulting to clients.

Manages multiple large/small-scale projects with varied levels of technical difficulty. Develops business plans to assist in generating incremental business/revenue.

Manage engagement teams to ensure that projects are designed using proven practices, participate in and manage teams responsible for the integration of designed environments and work closely with both clients and the engagement tram to meet requirements set by multiple parties.

Identify areas where opportunities or risk exist, facilitate communication between groups and suggest alternatives and mutually agreeable solutions.

Plan and deliver security presentations to key clients. Lead the efforts of responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) and develop Statement of Work (SOW) for clients. Participate in the sales activities including identifying opportunities, meeting with clients, negotiating deals and managing the client relationship.
