Identity Managment – IDM – Senior Advisors

You must have the following to apply:
- You must be a US Citizen or US Resident to apply
- You must have Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience
- You must be willing to travel within NYC metro, Boston or Chicago.
- You must have detailed / technical experience with one IDM product listed above.
- Must have deep experience in the financial services vertical.
Knowledge Preferred:
Considerable knowledge of Identity and Access management solutions to lead requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses. Considerable knowledge of business processes that are enabled by identity and access management solutions.
Considerable knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities. Participate in proposal development efforts.
Skills Preferred:
Working experience with the Identity Management suite of products (CA, SUN, IBM, Oracle) and of their design and implementation.
Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
Oracle Identity and Access Management, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Manager Professional (PMP), and/or Certified JAVA Developer preferred.
